Leanne & Michael’s Aden Park Engagement Shoot, Aberdeenshire
Michael and Leanne really wanted to get married in Aden Park but unfortunately, logistics meant it just couldn’t happen. So we did the next best thing! We did their awesome engagement shoot there!
Aden Country Park is a lovely green space in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire. It’s a family favourite filled with lots to see and do. There are the ruins of the stately Aden House, a farming museum and a gentle river that I definitely burst a dingy on in 1995! Kristeen and I both grew up playing there so it was a location close to our childhoods as well as our happy couple’s hearts.
We had a glorious sunny day and despite Michael being a bit wary of an engagement shoot he soon warmed up to the idea. As I’m sure you can see from the photos, we all had such a good time together! Which is what an engagement shoot should be – fun! We’re helping you make beautiful memories and then you get to have these photos of you both looking happy and loved up forever – what’s not to like? It’s honestly not at all awkward or embarrassing as you might think.
Michael & Leanne went on to use the photos for their wedding invitations, so they have a practical use too. Great for invites, Save the Dates or a custom photo guest book!
